Firstly, I'm going to share with you what is in this course and how you can gain the most benefit.

On this page you will find a 'Resource Section' which is an excellent way to get started. You can print each of the resource documents and put them into your sewing booklet to read and then reference as you progress through the modules in this course.

Next you will find '6 Sewing Modules' and their links below which will take you through The STITCH Technique.

This is a technique I have personally created to help you structure your sewing projects and help make them a great success!

In this project you will be making your first set of PJ's using The STITCH Technique.

THE STITCH TECHNIQUE

  1. S = Size & Pattern
  2. T = The fabric & notions
  3.  I = Introduction to pattern preparation & cutting
  4. T = Testing, machine set up and practice
  5. C = Create your project - It's SEWING time!
  6. H = How to turn your sewing project 'Designer!'

This course includes 5 hours of online sewing tutorials.

You may like to watch all the videos in one go or start your sewing project following exactly what I'm doing in each video.

You can refer back to any video at any time as they are perfectly broken down into 62 short easy to watch videos on specific topics.

Please note: * Module 1 & 2 are best watched first as they take you through how to measure your size and what you need to start your sewing PJ project. You can then go shopping and return to modules 3, 4, 5 & 6.

* Also if you watch all the videos in sequence before commencing your sewing project you can decide to change the order and make your PJ's bottoms before your PJ shirt.

* If you already have some sewing skills and have confidence to 'Go Designer' then be sure to watch all the videos especially those outlining designer tips and Step 6 - 'How to make your sewing project 'Go Designer!' This way you will have all the designer knowledge and ideas before selecting your fabric and cutting your pattern pieces.
