BUYING YOUR FABRIC
Once you have your fabric requirement length it's time to go shopping.
Remember to download your requirements list and check off anything you already might have, and shop for the rest.

* A few important points to know is that you must purchase lightweight woven fabric NOT stretch knit fabric.
suggested fabrcis
Suggested fabrics include: Cotton, cotton types, broadcloth, chambray, flannel. Even though silk and silk types are suitable for this pattern, please don't purchase silk for this project. Silk is difficult to sew and should be saved for future when your sewing skills develop further. If you purchase flannelette fabric I suggest you pre-wash your fabric as it shrinks slightly.
